Today, the part of town called DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) is a fashionable and happening destination. In Gangster City, it was called Irish Town and was ruled by the White Hand Gang.

While they never gained the infamy that other habitants of Gangster City managed to achieve, White Hand Gang leaders like Wild Bill Lovett, Peg-Leg Lonergan and Matty Martin were of equal notoriety.

Its history is long forgotten, but Irish Town and those who ruled it live on in Gangster City.
